Fees apply for any violations: 🔇 Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM) – Please keep noise levels down. $250 fee for any noise complaints from neighbors. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors. You may smoke legal substances outdoors, but please dispose of materials safely. 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests – A minimum $250 fee will be charged for any unauthorized gatherings, including but not limited to: Extra guests beyond the reserved number (unless approved by the host). Excessive trash, dirty dishes, or moved furniture. Loud noise or music that disturbs neighbors. ⏳ Late Checkout – A fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply for checkouts past the designated time. 🔧 Damages – Fees will be assessed based on repair costs, with a minimum charge of $100. She was super great! We went for my 40th birthday with our kiddos and met friends to celebrate and got to the super cross! Easy walk to stadium and fun area with lots to do! She was too kind and we arrived a little early let us on inside. Then, when one remote had no batteries, we said no worries, within hours that morning delivered to our doorstep! I would definitely recommend this place for your stay!

It simply couldn't have fit our needs better. Felt like home, super clean and comfortable. a PERFECT location for Lucas events. We really hope its available for our next trip to Indy. Planning another one right now!
