📜 House Rules for a safe stay – Please Read Carefully 🙏 Early check (2 hours) in and/or late check out (2 hours) is available when scheduling permits at an extra cost of $50 per instance. Please inquire in advance. We kindly ask that you respect our home and neighbors by following these rules. Fees apply for any violations: 🔇 Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM) – Please keep noise levels down. $250 fee for any noise complaints from neighbors. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors. You may smoke legal substances outdoors, but please dispose of materials safely. 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests – A minimum $250 fee will be charged for any unauthorized gatherings, including but not limited to: Extra guests beyond the reserved number (unless approved by the host). Excessive trash, dirty dishes, or moved furniture. Loud noise or music that disturbs neighbors. ⏳ Late Checkout – A fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply for checkouts past the designated time, unless agreed to with the host in advance 🔧 Damages – Fees will be assessed based on actual repair/replacement costs 🛁Hot Tub Use Agreement & Liability Waiver As a guest of this property, you are welcome to use the hot tub during your stay. To ensure your safety, protect the equipment, and maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, please read and agree to the following rules and terms. Your signature confirms your understanding and acceptance. Hot Tub Rules 1. Opening the Cover: • Open halfway. • Enter the tub. • Open the rest of the cover from inside the tub. 2. Closing the Cover: • While still in the tub, close the cover halfway. • Exit the tub. • Close the rest of the cover after getting out. 3. After Use: • Turn off jets and bubbles before closing the cover. • Leaving jets or bubbles on with the cover closed may cause overheating and damage. You will be charged for any resulting damage. 4. End of Stay or No Further Use: • If you are finished using the hot tub for the duration of your stay, please turn the temperature down to 98°F. 5. Jet Valves: • Adjust jet valves slowly, especially when the jets are on. • Stop turning if a valve becomes difficult to adjust. 6. Children: • Children are not allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. 7. Before Entering: • Please rinse off in the shower to remove sunscreen, lotions, deodorants, and detergents. • These substances can cloud the water or damage the hot tub system. 8. Prohibited Items: • No glass in or around the hot tub. • Do not use the hot tub if you are experiencing any illness or symptoms of illness. 9. If Water Becomes Cloudy, Foamy, or Develops an Odor: • Discontinue use and contact your host immediately. • The tub may require servicing and may be unavailable for the remainder of your stay Noise & Neighborhood Respect Policy • Please keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). • Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted in or around the hot tub area. • Be mindful that this property is in a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors’ right to peace and privacy. • Noise monitoring devices are installed on the property to detect excessive noise levels. These devices do not record audio but will notify the host if volume thresholds are exceeded. • Continued violations may result in a warning, fines, or termination of your stay without a refund. When booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • I understand that the use of the hot tub is at my own risk. • I acknowledge that hot tubs involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, dehydration, overheating, drowning, illness, or other injuries. • I agree that the property owner and host are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or death that may occur as a result of my use of the hot tub. • I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any damage I or my party cause to the hot tub or its components. • I understand that failure to comply with the above rules may result in additional fees, loss of amenity access, or early termination of my stay. Specifically, if there is any reason we need to dump and refill the hot tub due to clear negligence from the guest (ie: vomit, excessive debris, etc.), a $500 fee will be applied.
