Please be respectful of the following rules, and fees associated with any violations. Please be mindful of the other guests in the building. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, a $100 fee is associated with any noise complaints from neighbors. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking indoors. You make smoke legal substances outdoors. Please kindly dispose of any materials safely. - Parties are not permitted. A minimum of $250 will be applied if there is any evidence of parties, including but not limited to extra guests outside of the reserved number of guests, if not approved by Host; excessive trash, excessive dirty dishes, furniture moved, loud noise/music. - Late checkouts: $50 per 30 minutes - Damages: fee will be assessed based on significance and cost to repair. A minimum of $100 will be applied.
