A $100 fee applies for any noise complaints from neighbors. 🚭 No Smoking Inside No smoking of any kind indoors, please! A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking inside. Feel free to smoke legal substances outdoors, but please dispose of materials safely. 🎉 No Parties Parties aren't allowed—this includes extra guests outside of your reservation, unapproved loud noise/music, excessive trash, or furniture moved. A minimum $250 fee will be applied if there’s evidence of a party. ⏰ Late Checkouts Please check out on time. A $50 fee will be applied for every 30 minutes past checkout time. 🛠️ Damages Any damage to the property will be assessed based on significance and repair costs. A minimum $100 fee will apply. 🐾 Pet Policy: $85 pet fee Maximum of 3 pets allowed Please clean up after your pet (inside & outside) and don't let them on the furniture. If the pet leaves a mess (like hair, feces, or urine), additional cleaning fees will be charged based on the cleaning team's cost. We love pets and are happy to welcome them, just please make sure they are house-trained and well-behaved! 🐶🐱

We had a fabulous time, the house was exactly what we expected, the host was friendly and helpful. My son especially enjoyed walking down the road and admiring the other houses in the neighborhood (he has a fascination with 2 story house).
