We want everyone to have an amazing stay, so please keep these rules in mind, along with the associated fees for any violations: 🏊‍♀️ Swimming at Your Own Risk – Swimming in the lake is fun, but please remember it's at your own risk! We’re not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may happen in the water. Be sure to take necessary precautions and keep everyone safe. 🔒 Lock Up When You Leave – For your safety, please lock all doors when you head out. 🚪 Main Entrance Lock – Don’t lock the bottom lock (door knob) of the main entrance! If you accidentally lock yourself out, we’ll need to call a locksmith at your expense. 🚤 Docking Your Boat – You’re welcome to bring your own boat and dock it (with pre-approval and a signed liability waiver). 🚣‍♂️ 🚗 Parking – No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property at any time. 🍔 Grill Use – If you use the grill, please remember to turn off the gas when you’re finished. 🔥 Extinguish All Fires – Be sure to put out all fires, tiki torches, and outdoor candles before heading inside for the night. 🧼 Cleaning Supplies – The cleaning supplies are not locked up, so please take care if you have small children around. 🏖️ Beach Towels – Hang up your beach towels to dry on the clothesline in the backyard. Clothespins can be found in the laundry room above the washer. 🤫 Quiet Hours – From 10 PM to 7 AM, please be mindful of noise. A $100 fee will apply for any noise complaints from neighbors. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors. Feel free to smoke outdoors, but please dispose of materials safely. 🎉 No Parties – Parties are a no-go! If there’s evidence of a party (extra guests, loud noise, moved furniture, excessive trash, etc.), a $250 fee will apply. ⏰ Late Checkouts – Please be mindful of your checkout time. There’s a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past the checkout time. 💸 Damages – If any damages occur, a fee will be assessed based on the cost to repair, with a minimum fee of $100.

From the deck with the best lake views to the game room filled with fun, you’re free to explore and enjoy all the space! 🌅🎮 ✨ Bonus Studio Space – Want even more room? There’s an extra studio attached to the house that can be rented alongside the main home! 🏡 If the studio isn't booked, the owner may pop in to stay there (but no worries – your privacy is always respected!).
