📜 House Rules — Thanks for Reading! 🙏 We want your stay to be relaxing and hassle-free, so we’ve put these simple rules in place to keep things smooth for everyone. Please respect our home and neighbors — we have a zero-tolerance policy on parties to protect the space and community. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) may be available when possible for $50 each—just ask in advance! ⸻ 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Keep noise low during these times. We also ask to please keep outdoor activity to a minimum during quiet hours. Noise complaints from neighbors could result in a $250 fee. ⸻ 🚭 No Smoking Inside Smoking of any kind isn’t allowed indoors. You can smoke outside — just please dispose of your materials safely. A $500 fee applies if indoor smoking is detected. ⸻ 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests We’re serious about this: no parties or unapproved extra guests allowed. This includes: • More guests than booked (unless pre-approved) • Excessive trash, moved furniture, or damage • Loud noise or disruptive behavior Violations may lead to a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund. ⸻ ⏳ Late Checkout $50 per 30 minutes late unless arranged beforehand. ⸻ 🔧 Damages You’ll be responsible for any repair or replacement costs from damages during your stay.
