There is another unit in the basement that may have other guests. Please be respectful of the following rules, and fees associated with any violations: - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, a $100 fee is associated with any noise complaints from neighbors. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking indoors. You make smoke legal substances outdoors. Please kindly dispose of any materials safely. - Parties are not permitted. A minimum of $250 will be applied if there is any evidence of parties, including but not limited to extra guests outside of the reserved number of guests, if not approved by Host; excessive trash, excessive dirty dishes, furniture moved, loud noise/music. - Late checkouts: $50 per 30 minutes - Damages: fee will be assessed based on significance and cost to repair. A minimum of $100 will be applied.

We loved staying in this house, it is across the street from our son and family! But there were other reasons also. A beautiful park next door, two large playgrounds and an approximately 3 mile trail, and a cute downtown also within walking distance made this home enjoyable. There were a couple of drawbacks, a downstairs tenant uses driveway so only on street parking was available, and the tenant works odd hours, so we’d often smell food cooking, tv, or talking in the middle of the night. Overall these were overlooked for the convenience of the location and the spaciousness of a bright home!

Five words. The most comfortable beds ever. Blackout curtains and epic pillows sealed the deal. Hands down the most restful stay I have ever experienced. This place is an actual gem. Spacious. The kitchen had every amenity I could hope for. Carly and the crew were on it. This is how you run an Airbnb. Bravissimo.

Me and my bridesmaids stayed here over the weekend for a fun bachelorette in Indy! The house itself was so cute, we all loved the fun girly decor! It was the perfect space/size for 6 girls and super close to lots of good food spots! Definitely would stay here again for a fun girls weekend!

Such a great place! Perfect for attending NASCAR events. Close to everything we needed. The home was cozy and inviting. Great lighting and decor. Highly recommend Carly as a host!
