There is another unit in the basement that may have other guests. Please be respectful of the following rules, and fees associated with any violations: - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, a $100 fee is associated with any noise complaints from neighbors. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking indoors. You make smoke legal substances outdoors. Please kindly dispose of any materials safely. - Parties are not permitted. A minimum of $250 will be applied if there is any evidence of parties, including but not limited to extra guests outside of the reserved number of guests, if not approved by Host; excessive trash, excessive dirty dishes, furniture moved, loud noise/music. - Late checkouts: $50 per 30 minutes - Damages: fee will be assessed based on significance and cost to repair. A minimum of $100 will be applied.

Had the best first experience! Our first time using Airbnb, and I'm beyond thrilled with Carly's listing! It was a family trip and everyone was happy with the set up. My teenagers loved the rooms they stayed in and the front porch that we used daily. Carly was super helpful and responsive at check-in, checking in with us during the week, and offering a longer stay 😀 Would definitely (and probably will again in the future!) stay here again!

Great choice for a weekend trip for a wedding. One thing to consider if you have a small child or just like quiet—this unit shares walls with another dwelling, and the noise/scent insulation is thin. My little one was awakened repeatedly by sounds and cooking smells in the middle of the night, and there was a running input of conversation and steps during the day. Not a big enough deal to not recommend, just something to consider if you want to feel like you truly have a whole rental. This will have more of an apartment vibe due to the sound proximity. Favorite amenities: really nice bathroom and includes shampoo. Dish soap was also provided in the spacious kitchen. Great for lowkey socializing. The house layout in general is enough space for multiple adults to feel they have their own but can also come together naturally in communal areas. Charming decor. Easy airport access!
