The property is newly renovated and tastefully decorated - perfect for gathering with friends, family, or co-workers. Approved pets allowed with a pet fee. This listing includes the rental of two sister duplex units. They are NOT connected inside the house. You will have to exit one unit to enter the other. They can be rented separately as individual units as well.

This is the entire home, two sister duplex units. Guests will need to access each unit through the exterior doors. This entire duplex hosts 3 King bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms, a bunkbed room (2 Twin beds), and also comes with 2 Twin cots. All bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms are located on 2nd floor. There is also 1 Full and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level. There are no bedrooms on the main level.

House Rules

Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hour starts at 11p. Thank you! We charge a $200 fee if guests smoke/vape inside the property or host an unapproved party. Drugs are prohibited on premise. Please feel free to smoke in any of the outdoor spaces. Butt bucket provided on front porch, please do not litter. We are pet friendly for approved pets that are well-behaved and house broken. We charge a one-time pet fee of $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional approved pet. Guest is responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside per Indiana State Law. Check Out Procedures: -Starting all towels in washer with provided pods -All dishes are to be washed, dishwasher in unit with Check Out pod provided -Return all furniture back to its original home -Leave all bedding/linens on the beds, please do not remove -Remove all trash from the home and place in proper bin ($40 fee will be charged if trash is placed in recycling bin) The reservation's Cleaning Fee is a basic clean only. This includes dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, and laundering the linens. It does NOT include scrubbing of walls, appliances, or furniture from messes caused by the guest. Anything beyond a basic clean and/or if check out procedures are not followed will accrue $40/hr cleaning rate by the cleaning company. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning company charges a $50/hr fee to guests who stay past the designated check out time. Missing or damaged items will be charged to guest. Please do not park in or drive through backyard. No motorized vehicles are allowed past designated parking area. NO box trucks behind or in front of home. Please contact host for parking questions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if any of our house rules are disregarded.

Neighborhood

Conveniently located neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the Children's Museum, and Broad Ripple. Command Coffee and Goose the Market are just around the corner. Highly recommend Cityoga, Provider Coffee, and Mashcraft Brewing also! We're also located a few blocks from the Monon Trail which provides a direct path to Provider, The Garage, Bottleworks, and Circle City Industrial Plex. There's also a beautiful forested path, Fall Creek Trail, one block north which runs along Fall Creek. You'll find a mixture of vibrantly painted historical and new build homes in the area. Our house is located across the street from a green space perfect for sunbathing or playing with your dog. It also makes for great scenery when sitting on the covered front porch.
