You’re welcome to smoke legal substances outdoors—just please dispose of materials safely! 🎉 No Parties: Parties are a no-go. A minimum of $250 fee will be applied for any signs of a party, including extra guests not approved by the host, excessive trash, dishes, moved furniture, or loud noise/music. Let’s keep it chill! ⏰ Late Checkouts: A $50 fee per 30 minutes will be applied for late checkouts. Please respect the check-out time to avoid this charge. 🛠️ Damages: Any damage to the property will be assessed based on significance and repair cost. A minimum fee of $100 will be applied. Pet Fee: $85/pet We love our furry friends! 🐾 If you bring a pet, please clean up after them and do not leave them alone if they’re not house trained. Maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside, and kindly keep pets off furniture. If there’s excessive cleanup (e.g., damage, hair, or messes), additional charges may apply based on cleaning team costs.
