Please be respectful of the following rules. Fees will apply for any violations, and your stay may be canceled immediately if rules are broken. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. A $250 fee applies for noise complaints from neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit or building. A $500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking indoors is found. Smoking of legal substances is allowed outdoors—please dispose of materials safely. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not permitted. A minimum $500 fee applies for evidence of parties or extra guests beyond your reservation (unless pre-approved), excessive trash, moved furniture, or loud noise/music. Late Check-Out: $50 per 30 minutes past checkout time. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) may be available for $50 per instance—please request in advance. Damages: Fees will be assessed based on repair/replacement costs, with a minimum charge of $250. Duplex & Shared Spaces: This property is a duplex with a separate unit next door that may have other guests. Please respect their privacy and shared property boundaries. Your unit has a private entrance and no interior connection to other units. Maintenance Reporting: It is your responsibility to report any maintenance concerns as soon as you notice them. We guarantee a response within 24 hours and will send someone to address issues as quickly as possible. Safety & Respect: Keep all doors and windows locked when you’re not home or sleeping. Respect other guests’ privacy—do not knock on neighboring unit doors or disturb other residents. Any behavior making other guests or neighbors feel unsafe or uncomfortable will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Cleanliness: Please keep your space tidy, we are grateful if you don't leave a huge mess for our cleaning team upon your departure. If excessive cleaning is required outside of the normal cleaning fee, you will be responsible for the additional cleaning costs. You'll have full, private access to this 1 bed / 1 bath unit—no shared spaces inside. The property is a duplex, and while there is another unit next door, each side has its own separate entrance and no interior connection. Enjoy the entire space to yourself during your stay, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry. Street parking is available directly in front of the home and typically easy to find.
