We loved staying at this house in Bourbon. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space, which is hard to find around here. Would definitely stay again! :)

Great place to stay! Has all the amenities and feels like a welcoming, safe, and relaxing spot. Cute little town. They were having an annual celebration of their Apple Festival. It made for an enjoyable vacation. Train whistle noise periodically.

Absolutely stunning property. The sound system through the house, multiple bonus rooms, cannot express enough how nice and accommodating this house is, truly one of the best options in the whole city to stay at

We loved staying in this house, it is across the street from our son and family! But there were other reasons also. A beautiful park next door, two large playgrounds and an approximately 3 mile trail, and a cute downtown also within walking distance made this home enjoyable. There were a couple of drawbacks, a downstairs tenant uses driveway so only on street parking was available, and the tenant works odd hours, so we’d often smell food cooking, tv, or talking in the middle of the night. Overall these were overlooked for the convenience of the location and the spaciousness of a bright home!

Very cute house within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. The neighborhood is getting revitalized and we felt safe the entire stay. Carly was VERY responsive to our questions, there were plenty of towels and even robes, and the hot tub was amazing!! 5 stars!!!

The trip to the house was awesome. There were too many great things to say about the place. I just highly recommend it and plan to return for another stay someday.

Five words. The most comfortable beds ever. Blackout curtains and epic pillows sealed the deal. Hands down the most restful stay I have ever experienced. This place is an actual gem. Spacious. The kitchen had every amenity I could hope for. Carly and the crew were on it. This is how you run an Airbnb. Bravissimo.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host Carly was super responsive and helpful throughout. Great location, quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay again—highly recommend!

Me and my bridesmaids stayed here over the weekend for a fun bachelorette in Indy! The house itself was so cute, we all loved the fun girly decor! It was the perfect space/size for 6 girls and super close to lots of good food spots! Definitely would stay here again for a fun girls weekend!

Stayed at Carly’s place when we were in town for GenCon. It’s within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. Place was extremely clean and came with plenty of clean towels and linens. Really appreciate responsive and respectful communication through the Airbnb app. The only thing that might bother people is the sound of the highway can be heard but they had white noise machines and ear plugs in all the bedrooms and personally I consider highway noise a type of “white noise.” They even had cookies for us.
