Great house! Very well stocked, great communication, super clean, walkable location, easy parking, good value. So many extra touches that made our stay easy and so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to next time.

Great place to stay especially if your in Indy for an event at the fairgrounds. It’s right around the corner. It’s located on a quite, well maintained side street. The neighborhood seems to be safe, the neighbors that live on the street were very nice. Many of the houses on the block are also airbnbs so it’s a quite street. The host was responsive and very helpful. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this place!
