Stayed at Carly’s place when we were in town for GenCon. It’s within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. Place was extremely clean and came with plenty of clean towels and linens. Really appreciate responsive and respectful communication through the Airbnb app. The only thing that might bother people is the sound of the highway can be heard but they had white noise machines and ear plugs in all the bedrooms and personally I consider highway noise a type of “white noise.” They even had cookies for us.

Location was perfect for our attendance at the Indiana State Fair. Street parking was available and the house and amenities were excellent. Furnishings were great beds were very comfortable and kitchen and washer and dryer were exceptional.

Such a great place! Perfect for attending NASCAR events. Close to everything we needed. The home was cozy and inviting. Great lighting and decor. Highly recommend Carly as a host!

Great stay in Indy! This property is perfectly located to visit Indianapolis. Right cross the highway from Lucas Oil Stadium and a short 15 minute drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Lots of great places to shop and eat close by as well. The house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bonus!

Carly’s place was so beautiful! Parking was never an issue, and we all felt very safe there. The house itself was well stocked with anything you could need! It was nice to walk in and immediately feel at home!

We loved staying here! The house was beautiful, incredibly clean, and in a great location right in the Fountain Square neighborhood! There was lots to do, an awesome coffee shop, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Carly was a great host! She was super kind and responsive and she was very quick to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

In town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park in Westfield. Super convenient location! Carly is so kind and helpful. Super quick responses and very awesome to work with us when our tournament dates were changed slightly.

Fletcher Place was a perfect spot for us to explore the neighborhood (very walkable) and be close to new jobs (downtown) while looking to buy our own home. We enjoyed staying in the city with easy access to the excitement but quiet nights and early bedtimes. Friendly neighbors and close to green space/bike paths. We enjoyed having everything provided for day to day life and enough space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Host was very responsive and helped anyway that was needed.

So perfect! 1,000 stars! Our stay at this beautifully decorated modern home in the trendy Fountain Square neighborhood was pure perfection. The place was spotless and had more than enough amenities to keep us entertained. We did not want to leave! The owners had a fully stocked pantry and kitchen. We felt right at home. This place was unbelievable. High-end everything, hot tub, stocked rooftop bar, private side patio, and a listening room full of vinyl records! The bathrooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. We walked to the Dugout Bar for dinner/drinks and then roamed around the Fountain Square bar/restaurant scene. There was live music at Hi-Fi and Square Cat Vinyl! It was easy to get downtown too. It was too hot to walk so we had to take a short Uber ride. This was by far our best experience at an Airbnb. Carly was the best host. She made sure we had everything we needed and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Great communication. We will definitely be back!
